HAHS Volunteers

Interested in volunteering for the Hayward Area Historical Society? There are many opportunities to get involved. Whether you just want to spend a few hours a month working in the archives, or become a tour guide at the McConaghy Estate, there is a volunteer job for you!   • Archives and Library:
    Scrapbook Project, Indexing Project, Clippings Project.
  • Museum Docent:
    For school tours and general public tours.
  • Education Events & Programs
  • Corner Store Clerk

  • Museum collections:
    Cataloging Project Inventory, Data Entry, Packing for Storage.
  • Teen Program:
    For high school students. T and Th from 3:30 – 5 pm
  • McConaghy House Docent:
    For school tours and general public tours.
