Volunteer Opportunities:Volunteers make things happen. When the collections manager and / or the archivist are outnumbered 20,000 objects to 1 person the task can be daunting. Volunteers are what keep projects moving along. Who do we consider for volunteer work?People with a few hours or more a week to spare, OR People who love history, organizing or working with computers, OR People thinking of a career in museum work Volunteering can be a great way to involve yourself in the community, learn new things, meet new people or determine if a career in the museum field is right for you.
