Independence Day Celebration at Meek Park

Sponsors and Vendors! We look forward to your participation at the upcoming Independence Day Celebration at Meek Park on Sunday, July 2, 2017 and thank you for helping to support the history and culture in the Hayward area.  Below is more information about the day and instructions on how to register for a booth. We hope to see you all there!

  • Time & Place:  The Celebration will take place between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM on Sunday, July 2, 2017 outdoors at Meek Park.  Meek Park is located at 17365 Boston Road in the Cherryland community.  A detailed map of vendor locations and a schedule of the day’s events will be emailed to vendors by June 24. 
  • Tables & Tents: Vendors are responsible for providing their own booth, tables, and chairs for their operation.  Vendors are responsible for their own set up, break down, and clean up that leaves no trace of waste or garbage. 
  • Fees: The 2017 booth registration fees will be $60 for businesses or non-members and $40 for nonprofits or members. 

To register for a booth space or if you would like to help sponsor our event, please fill out the registration form. Our education department will follow up with you after receiving your completed form.

Sponsors, please submit your form no later than May 1, 2017 to have your information included on flyers and banners.  Vendors, please submit your form no later than May 31, 2017.
